We work through each piece at its own pace. You are welcome to ask questions at any stage — there is no pressure here, only craft.
A patient overhaul for older mechanical watches, carried out with respect for their age and character. Original parts are kept wherever they can still do their work.

Where original components still have life in them, we keep them. Replacement is a last step, not a first instinct.
Heritage overhauls include a written note on the watch's condition — a small record you can keep with the piece for future reference.
We only suggest what the piece genuinely needs. There is no upselling here — only an honest conversation about what would help.
Quality repair takes time. We set realistic expectations from the start and update you when there is something worth sharing.

Common Questions
Most services take between seven and fourteen working days. A Heritage Movement Overhaul may take a little longer depending on the movement's age and condition. We will give you an honest estimate when we assess the piece and keep you informed along the way.
Walk-ins are welcome during working hours. If you would like to speak at length about a complex piece, sending us a note beforehand means we can set aside proper time for the conversation.
We work primarily on mechanical and automatic watches, particularly older or inherited pieces. If you are unsure whether your watch is a good fit for our services, please bring it in or describe it to us — we are happy to give an honest view.
We will not. If a part needs replacing, we discuss it with you first — explaining what the component does and why it may need attention. You decide how to proceed. Original parts are preserved wherever they can still do their work.
The prices listed (RM 238, RM 282, RM 329) cover the core service for each type. If we find during assessment that additional work is needed, we will tell you before proceeding and give you the full picture on cost.
We include care suggestions with every Heritage Movement Overhaul. For other services, we are happy to share straightforward advice — on storage, winding habits, and what to watch for — before you leave the workshop.
